Refund & Returns Policy – Kirpa Constructions
Effective Date: May 26, 2026
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products, fencing systems, gates, accessories, fabricated materials, custom orders, and installation-related services supplied by Kirpa Constructions.
By purchasing from Kirpa Constructions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
Kirpa Constructions operates under a strict NO REFUND policy on all orders unless otherwise required under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Once an order has been:

placed,
-
confirmed,
-
processed,
-
manufactured,
-
fabricated,
-
dispatched,
-
customised,
-
cut-to-size,
-
powder-coated,
-
scheduled for installation,
-
or delivered,
the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This policy applies to all customers including:

residential buyers,
-
commercial contractors,
-
builders,
-
developers,
-
resellers,
-
wholesalers,
-
and third-party procurement agents.
2. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many products supplied by Kirpa Constructions are custom fabricated or manufactured to project specifications including fencing panels, gates, slats, posts, rails, security fencing systems, architectural screens, hardware, and fabricated steel/aluminium components. (Outback Fencing)
As these products are specifically prepared for individual customer requirements:

NO refunds will be issued,
-
NO exchanges will be accepted,
-
NO change-of-mind returns are permitted,
-
and NO cancellations are allowed after production begins.
This includes but is not limited to:
-
custom dimensions,
-
custom heights,
-
powder-coated finishes,
-
drilled or modified components,
-
laser-cut products,
-
fabricated assemblies,
-
welded products,
-
engineered systems,
-
special-order inventory,
-
and non-stock items.
3. CHANGE OF MIND
Kirpa Constructions does NOT provide refunds for:
-
change of mind,
-
incorrect selection,
-
ordering errors by customer,
-
design preference changes,
-
colour dissatisfaction,
-
project cancellation,
-
delays caused by builders or contractors,
-
council approval issues,
-
measurement mistakes supplied by customer,
-
or finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring:
-
measurements,
-
quantities,
-
site conditions,
-
colours,
-
specifications,
-
compliance requirements,
-
and installation suitability
are correct prior to purchase.
4. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All deposits paid to Kirpa Constructions are strictly non-refundable.
This includes deposits for:
-
product supply,
-
fabrication,
-
material procurement,
-
installation scheduling,
-
engineering,
-
drafting,
-
delivery booking,
-
and custom manufacturing.
Deposits secure manufacturing slots, labour allocation, material purchasing, and production scheduling and therefore cannot be reversed.
5. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Where installation services are booked:
-
labour scheduling fees,
-
site allocation costs,
-
machinery bookings,
-
contractor allocations,
-
and administrative costs
become immediately chargeable and non-refundable.
If a customer postpones, cancels, or becomes unavailable after scheduling, Kirpa Constructions reserves the right to:
-
retain all deposits,
-
charge restocking fees,
-
charge rescheduling fees,
-
and recover any associated project costs.
6. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Kirpa Constructions generally does not accept returned goods.
Returned goods may only be considered if:
-
approved in writing beforehand,
-
unopened,
-
unused,
-
undamaged,
-
in original packaging,
-
and deemed standard stock items by management.
Even if approved, returned goods may incur:
-
administration fees,
-
handling fees,
-
transport costs,
-
inspection costs,
-
and substantial restocking fees.
Custom fabricated goods can NEVER be returned.
7. DELIVERY CLAIMS
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection.
Any delivery-related issue including:
-
missing items,
-
visible transport damage,
-
incorrect quantities,
-
or packaging damage
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of goods in full condition.
Kirpa Constructions is not responsible for:
-
damages occurring after delivery,
-
improper storage,
-
third-party handling,
-
site mishandling,
-
installer negligence,
-
or weather-related exposure after delivery.
8. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Customers acknowledge that manufactured construction and fencing materials may contain minor variations including:
-
colour tone differences,
-
texture variation,
-
finish inconsistencies,
-
welding marks,
-
fabrication tolerances,
-
material grain differences,
-
and slight dimensional tolerances.
Such variations are considered industry-standard and do NOT qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation. (Oxworks)
9. WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE NOT REFUNDS
Where a product issue is determined to be a legitimate manufacturing fault, Kirpa Constructions reserves the sole right to:

repair the product,
-
replace the affected component,
-
provide substitute materials,
-
or offer an equivalent remedy
instead of issuing a refund.
Warranty assessments are conducted solely at the discretion of Kirpa Constructions.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
-
verifying engineering suitability,
-
confirming dimensions,
-
ensuring site accessibility,
-
checking council compliance,
-
reviewing local regulations,
-
confirming product compatibility,
-
and ensuring appropriate installation methods are followed.
Kirpa Constructions accepts no liability for losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
11. SHIPPING & TRANSPORT COSTS
All shipping, freight, crane hire, courier, redelivery, transport, unloading, and logistics costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a delivery fails due to:

inaccessible sites,
-
customer absence,
-
incorrect address,
-
unsafe conditions,
-
or site delays,
additional transport charges may apply.
12. PROJECT DELAYS
Kirpa Constructions is not liable for refunds or compensation arising from:
-
weather delays,
-
freight delays,
-
supplier shortages,
-
manufacturing delays,
-
force majeure events,
-
industrial actions,
-
customs delays,
-
material shortages,
-
or events beyond reasonable control.
Estimated lead times are approximate only.
13. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where legally required, Kirpa Constructions may provide remedies for products proven to have major manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable legislation.
However, Australian Consumer Law does NOT apply to:

change of mind,
-
incorrect ordering,
-
custom preference changes,
-
or customer-caused issues.
14. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for products already manufactured, supplied, processed, dispatched, or installed.
Kirpa Constructions reserves the right to pursue recovery of:
-
legal costs,
-
administrative costs,
-
debt collection fees,
-
interest,
-
and associated damages
for improper payment reversals.
15. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order with Kirpa Constructions, the customer confirms they have:

and accepted
